David Gould works to conceive, communicate and provide management implementation for straightforward real estate solutions to complex challenges for developers, private trusts, investors, corporations, and public agencies.

With more than 25 years of experience, David is an accomplished asset, investment, and development manager. He combines cross-disciplinary skills and knowledge for asset vision, agency approval entitlements, financial modeling, due diligence review, brokerage transactions, development construction management, and asset advisory strategies.
​
Additionally, David’s background includes senior corporate real estate leadership and advisor roles for Fortune 250 and early phase growth companies. He has managed more than $1.4B in project construction, greater than 3.1MM SF lease transactions, and nearly 3.0MM SF commercial acquisitions and dispositions.

David is the managing partner for David Gould and Associates. Previously
he was a broker and Senior Vice President for Corporate Services with Colli-
ers International. Prior to this, David was Vice President and Operations.
Manager assisting with Jones Lange LaSalle’s (JLL) national project services delivery to the Sun Microsystems account. David was Senior Vice President and NW region manager at Satulah Group in San Francisco, managing the firm’s real estate development and corporate real estate services for domestic and international accounts. As Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank, David managed the Northern California retail properties group with responsibilities for more than 330 locations, a distributed portfolio of 2.9MM SF, developed 28 new properties and managed numerous statewide Wells Fargo corporate merger and acquisition programs involving more than 250 properties.

David’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration, St. Mary's College; Graduate Studies in Urban & Regional Planning, at the University of Southern California; Bachelor of Science, Environmental Planning & Management from the University of California at Davis.
